Mr. Entertainment utilizes Canada Post Xpresspost Service for shipping within Canada and to the United States. This is a cost effective and reliable service which allows for the tracking of your package.
Shipping by courier service is possible at the customer’s request but must be sent freight collect. Please contact us by phone or Email for rate enquiries.
Return Policy
Due to copyright regulations, only discs which are defective may be returned and can only be exchanged for the same item. Likewise, we offer only exchange or warranty repair on all hardware items. Mr. Entertainment must be notified prior to the return of any items.
